Aozora North America, Inc. (“ANA”)　is Aozora Bank’s 100% owned subsidiary and commenced operations in September 2020.

ANA manages corporate loan investment activities in North America which Aozora Bank Group considers to be a major business focus.

ANA assumes investment management responsibility for a portfolio of North American corporate loans from Aozora Bank’s Tokyo head office. By being based in New York City, ANA has access to real-time market intelligence, and is utilizing such to develop enhanced monitoring practices for its North American investment portfolio.

ANA has a dedicated team focused on North American corporate loan investments which are generally made on a buy and hold investment strategy.

Through timely access to market participants in the North American market, we aim to operate a high-quality loan portfolio with risk diversification to generate a stable profit stream.

It is our goal to contribute further to the economic and social development in the North American region.
